Consistency + Determination = Results!

For the past couple of weeks I have had the pleasure to train one of the most dedicated people I know, Jessica, and I wanted to share with you her amazing progress on her weight loss journey. This girl has struggled with her weight most of her life and for the past 6 weeks she made a complete 360 turn and changed her lifestyle habits into new and healthy ways of living her life. She lost 25 lbs, 6% body fat, and 15 inches in her waist. Her plan consisted of a Paleo diet and a 4 days a week training program with me and hiking on the other days. Not only were these past couple of weeks life changing for Jessica, but it was also a test for me as a trainer to learn how to recognize the needs and the emotional turmoil that sometimes comes with great weight loss. It sure has been a fun ride with this girl and I look forward to continue seeing her blossom as she’s transforming her body and mind to a healthier version. So proud of you Jess;)!
