Meet Sandra Jersby
Sandra Jersby is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) as a Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist with a graduate degree in Nutrition and Food Science from California State University, Northridge. A native of Helsingborg, Sweden, her clientele-base is diverse; from novice exercisers wishing to shed pounds and get into shape to seasoned athletes preparing for major sporting events, she is one of Southern California’s most capable personal trainers and nutritionists. Sandra believes strongly that a balanced diet is the most important component to any exercise program, and she lends her expertise in this area to ensure those training under her are able to achieve their peak performance and personal best.
